A worldwide bank with operations in Delaware required assistance with strategic planning and research efforts relating to compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). The Delaware bank has assets approximating $28 billion and interest and other revenue of $2.8 million.

Engaged to assist the Delaware Bank’s Legal and Compliance Teams with research and documentation required for submission of its CRA plan.

• Assisted management with research and documentation efforts to comply with CRA requirements prior to submitting its CRA plan
• Management was able to submit the plan in an efficient and timely manner without incurring numerous overtime hours by members of their management teams
