Accounting and Business Consultants, LLC was established in 1997 as a specialized consulting firm providing senior level accounting leadership & advisory services to public and private companies facing complex reporting, regulatory, and operating challenges.
In addition to consulting, we are a licensed Certified Public Accounting Firm (CPA) providing SOC 1 & SOC 2 audits in the greater Philadelphia area.
As a smaller firm, we are responsive, flexible, agile, and can adopt as needs change with speed and efficiency. John Baldo, CPA, CISA, CITP, Founder and Principal of the Firm, is a senior accounting and finance leader with over 29 years supporting clients on a variety of accounting, reporting, financial operations, and internal control matters.

Accounting and Business Consultants, LLC’s system of quality control for its SOC 1 & SOC 2 auditing practice is subject to external peer review triennially. Under the AICPA’s Peer Review Standards, firms may receive a rating of pass, pass with deficiency(ies), or fail.
