Situation

A privately held USA global manufacturing company of medical imaging products with approximately $1 billion in revenue and locations in the USA, Europe, Australia, and Japan was implementing an ERP system and required accounting expertise and project management leadership for planning, configuration, and testing both in the USA and Sydney, Australia.

Engagement

We were engaged to provide accounting leadership & expertise during the ERP implementation in the USA followed by implementation project management and coordination of implementation efforts on site in Sydney, Australia for Asia-Pacific regions.

Results
  • Engaged for expertise with the Company's accounting and finance team efforts in the USA, which were on time and successful
  • After results in the USA, successfully coordinated ERP implementation activities in Sydney Australia for the Asia-Pacific region locations leading execution of important tasks previously holding up implementation progress in both Australia and globally
