An African company with approximately $12 billion in revenue and multiple subsidiaries wanted to provide in-house training to approximately 50 key accounting and audit executives and managers. The Company also required assistance developing a Company-wide internal control project implementation plan.

We were engaged to plan and execute a 2-day training session in Angola, Africa for key accounting, finance, & audit executives, and managers to understand SOX internal control and COSO requirements. After training efforts were complete, we provided project planning leadership to the Director of Finance developing of a detailed SOX internal control implementation plan in English and Portuguese. We also provided leadership and expertise to management with project plan execution.
